Sonni is a wonderful girl! She is beautifully built with straight, square conformation. When we purchased her, we were told that her registration papers had been lost along the way - she is now registered by inspection. But, we bet if she had her original papers, she'd have some really nice breeding behind her! She has the sweetest personality and is easy to work with. Sonni is also a wonderful mother and passes on her high quality assets to her foals. We have retained two of her daughters for our breeding program and we are extremely pleased with them as they develop into beautiful jennets.

Bosier's Salsa Supreme

Salsa is a beautiful, petite jennet with great conformation! Though she can be shy, she is very sweet and easy to handle. When we purchased her, and her half sister Sonni, we were told that their registration papers had been lost along the way - Salsa is now registered by inspection. But, we are convinced that if she had her original papers, we'd see some nice breeding behind her! Salsa has wonderful qualities that she has passed on to her foals. We have retained one of her daughters (because she's always been blessed with boys until 2007) for our breeding program and we are extremely pleased with her as she is growing into a beautiful jennet.

P&K Meyer's My Macushla

Myla is a beautiful jennet. She has a very, very dark rich black/brown color. She has a wonderful build and a sweet disposition. Myla's name comes from the movie "Million Dollar Baby" starring Clint Eastwood, Hilary Swank and Morgan Freeman. Macushla (Mo Cuichle) is Irish meaning, Darling. And, that is exactly what she is...a darling!!

Soña, as she is affectionately known, is maturing into a beautiful girl. She has her dam's georgeous head and her sire's stocky build. She is a medium brown and white spot. Soña seems like she will mature about 32 - 32 1/2". We will have updated pictures in the spring.

Cedar Wind's Summer Breeze - Future Breeding Jennet

"Breezy", as she is affectionately known, is developing into an awesome jennet. She is perfectly square, she is stocky, wonderfully proportioned and she is going to mature under 32". She has taken on the best characteristics from both her dam and her sire. On top of all that, she is the friendliest jennet we have. Breezy is always eager for attention and will rest her chin on your shoulder while you scratch her all over! And, when you think you are done, she trots right along side you, hoping for more!
